Photos of Delegation's Trip to China

The Chinese Academy of Memphis and Fournier Learning Strategies sent a team of students, teachers, and parents to China. Each individual went with his/her own expenses, but collectively they represented the Yunnan project group who delivered the funds they raised for underprivileged children in China for educational needs.

Our eight student delegates - Elizabeth Guo, Alex Fenaughty, Jonathan Tutor, Walter Wills, Mary Lu, David Peck, Joseph Choi, and Hillary Posey- along with teachers and parents chaperons, Mrs. Joan Fenaughty, Mr. Manuel Soto-Founier, Ms. Erika Ruch, and Mrs. Danling Huang - have successfully delivered over $18,000 in educational funds to help build libraries, provide materials, and grant scholarships to the Guizhou region. COH have already seen and will see thousands of underprivileged children who have benefited from the Yunnan Project fund in 2006-2007 and will benefit from our continuing efforts.

Thanks to all the students, parents, sponsors, and friends around the United States and China who were involved and supported the Yunnan Project to make it a success.
