Photos of Delegation's Trip to China

The Chinese Academy of Memphis and Fournier Learning Strategies sent a team of students, teachers, and parents to China. Each individual went with his/her own expenses, but collectively they represented the Yunnan project group who delivered the funds they raised for underprivileged children in China for educational needs.

Our five student delegates - Elizabeth Guo, Alex Fenaughty, Jesse Nabors, Walter Wills and Mathew Parker with teachers and parents chaperons, Mrs. Joan Fenaoughty, Mr. Manuel Soto-Founier, Mr. Bandon Rader and Mrs. Danling Huang -  have successfully delivered over $13,000 in educational fund, study materials, 10 music instruments and some living materials to the children in Yunnan poor mountain areas and a special school for disabled children in Beijing. We have already seen and will see thousands of underprivileged children in this area who will benefit from the Yunnan Project fund in 2006-2007.

Thanks to all the students, parents, sponsors, and friends around the United States and China who were involved and supported the Yunnan Project to make it a success.
